bright bubbly laughter echoing through the air.

Mingling among the excited screams of childhood.

Playfully sings its siren song to all ears

Of demanding little hearts needing tenderness love and care.

Running about in haste.

Touching, grasping…absorbing tiny bits of knowledge.

With open hands and minds eager to learn and share.

Soon grows to sparkle with illuminating colors.

Brings magical, quizzical and confused expressions glimmering in her eyes

Unaware of the joy and sorrow she bring

With their careless and heated words

Quickly changes and begins to fade

Silently turn into floating bubbles on the wings of life.
